Foster, and catalogued as such by Fernand Mourlot, who made the print following Picasso’s instructions to use as a subject for the design his drawing in charcoal on paper and “papier colle” entitled Bottle, Glass and Newspaper on a Table. Picasso did this drawing in Paris in the autumn-winter of 1912.
