Catalogued as such by Fernand Mourlot who printed it following Picasso’s instructions regarding the design and the use of the reproduction of an ink drawing, entitled Mother and Child as the subject. This drawing was done by Picasso in the spring of 1906. It measures 30 x 37 cm. and was last heard of in the Louise Leiris Gallery, in Paris.
